The designation of Wealth Partner represents the entry-level professional affiliation within the organization’s financial and insurance distribution model. Individuals seeking to join are required to enroll with a minimum of 25,000 WRP under the SOB Plan (Life Insurance or Health Insurance). Upon enrollment, Wealth Partners become eligible to receive compensation strictly in accordance with the company’s approved commission structure. This role provides a structured platform for individuals to initiate their career in financial services, supported by training, performance monitoring, and operational guidance. The framework is designed to encourage professional growth, ensure transparency, and establish clear expectations regarding performance and progression. Wealth Partners who demonstrate consistent business activity and leadership capabilities are provided with a defined pathway to advance to the Senior Wealth Partner level.
