Conditions
- Promote One Senior Wealth Partner to Executive Wealth Partner:-
You must help one Senior Wealth Partner move up to the Executive level.
- Achieve 25,00,000 WRP Team Business:-
Your team must complete a total of 25,00,000 WRP within the trailing 12 months.
- Maintain 90% Persistency:-
You must maintain a 90% persistency rate to ensure quality and long-term business performance.
